Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
